Orders & Delivery
Orders can be placed in a number of ways:
- By placing an order through the shopping cart on the website. When purchasing through the cart, you will have the option of paying by direct credit, credit card, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.
- By emailing email@example.com. Send us the information about what you would like to order, and your contact information, and we will send you the payment details.
- Through the contact us section on our website.
- Through our Facebook page.
DanceBoxNZ holds selected items in stock, however some stock is held with suppliers in New Zealand, USA, and UK. Due to this, delivery times may vary across different items. We endeavour to have delivery information displayed on individual product pages if there is a longer than usual delivery time for an item, and we will try and contact you to advise of any possible delays in your order arriving.
Standard items that are in stock with us can be sent within 1-2 days, once payment is processed.
If an item is in stock with one of our New Zealand suppliers, then delivery time can be up to 5 days.
If it is in stock overseas, it will take 2-3 weeks for delivery, unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Some items are made to order - this will be displayed on the product page. These delivery times vary depending on the product and demand with the supplier. In some cases they can take up to 6 weeks.
If you are after an item urgently, or need it by a certain time, please get in touch with us for more accurate delivery times. For urgent deliveries, an extra courier charge may apply.
**Please note, the above delivery standards are approximate times; we will do our very best to ensure your product gets to you as soon as possible, however sometimes things occur which are out of our control.**
Once your order has been dispatched our delivery time frames are as follows:
- North Island: Overnight
- South Island: 1 - 2 days
- North Island Rural: 2 - 4 days
- South Island Rural: 3 - 5 day
Delivery time frames are for business days only - this does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.
Please note that these are targeted delivery time-frames set by the courier companies. Factors such as bad weather can disrupt courier services and cause delays. Delays can also occur at high shopping times of the year (such as Christmas) due to increased freight volumes. You will receive an email with your tracking information once it has been sent. We will try and monitor the tracking but we also recommend you keep an eye on tracking to ensure your parcel is delivered on time.
