Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at email@example.com, or through our Contact Us page, and include your order details. If you have purchased the incorrect size, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and these will be assessed on a case by case basis.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. You must contact us before returning an item. Due to hygiene reasons the following items are unable to be returned/exchanged: tights/stockings, briefs/underwear.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The time taken to receive the credit back is dependent on your card issuer or payment provider's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if we have arranged to have it collected).
Due to the cost of shipping internationally, if you are based in Australia and wanting to swap an item or change your mind, you will need to pay for shipping of any additional items sent to you.
