Where are items shipped to me from?

All items are still sent from us in New Zealand, and are sent on express courier to Australia.

What are the delivery timeframes?

Items are shipped from us in New Zealand via express courier. We currently use DHL Express, and items generally takes anywhere from 1-5 days to be delivered once they leave us (timeframe is dependent on destination).

Please note that estimated shipping times displayed on our product pages are for New Zealand shoppers. For Australian orders, the courier delivery timeframe should be added to these estimates.
I am trying to checkout but it says it can't calculate shipping?

Please get in touch so we can sort this for you! It may be that that we need to get a custom shipping rate for you.
I don't need express shipping, are there other shipping options?

Once you check out with us, there are no other charges from us. Seperate customs duties and taxes may apply once reaching Australia - please check your local customs information for this.
