Keyhole Fringe Dress

Sequin Performance bodice with fully lined keyhole openings. Mandarin collar has snaps in back. Attached matte nylon/spandex briefs with tiers of fringe. All sizes are fully lined in the bodice. Child sizes are lined in the front of the briefs and adult sizes have a crotch liner. Made by Balera.
